Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites and web applications.
- Strong understanding of PHP, front-end technologies – including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap 4.
- Experience using Git and GitHub/Others for source control. Your Projects link is Plus.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe XD, Photoshop and Figma.
- Convert PSD to HTML or build HTML design based on Adobe XD/ Photoshop/ Figma.
- Collaborate with design, project management, and client teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on-time.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins, and integrate third-party plugins as required.
- Debug and fix bugs and issues, and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical problems.
- Optimize websites and web applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends, and suggest improvements to the development team.
- Maintain best practices, responsiveness, pixel perfection, and quality code
- Ensure website and application security by performing regular security audits and implementing best practices.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Additional Requirement
- Both males and females are allowed to apply (Age at least 25 years) with 2 to 6 years experience.
- Strong understanding of modern, mobile-first website and web apps development with aesthetic clarity
- Solid comprehension of WordPress, WordPress theme development, and WordPress website maintenance (handling front & back end)
- HTML5, CSS, Good command on JavaScript (Ajax, Jquery, React)
- Should have knowledge of working with MySQL Database, Oracle etc
- Strong knowledge of API. Developing Restful API using Laravel/Nodejs
- Advanced knowledge of Server/cPanel/Hosting
- Very good understanding of Responsive Web Design/Admin Panel with Bootstrap, Tailwind etc.
- Experience in building modern web applications/software by using any framework.
- Experienced in using Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery and other page builders.
- Skilled in speed optimization techniques
- Experienced in CDN deployment using Cloudflare etc.
- Ability to deploy servers on cloud environments like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean etc.
- Should know about API Integration like YouTube, Facebook, Google, SMS, and Payment Gateway.
- Ability to make Android and iOS apps will add value.
